FLAME PROOF WEIGHING INDICATOR​
Flame proof enclosers supplied by Unique Instruments are certified by central institute of mining and fuel research, DHANBAD & manufacturing in accordance to IS – 2148/2004 for gases group I,IIA &IIB. With regards to design ,rating ,performance & T – class the products confirm to flame proof testing as per IS:2148/2004(IEC 60079-1/2001). whether proof testing as per is:12063/1987 & general design ,rating ,performance & T- class as per IS:13346/2004(IEC60079-0/2000). Models we supplied are also approved & certified by bureau of Indian standards, Bombay & chief controller of explosives, Nagpur.
FLAME PROOF – DUST PROOF ENCLOSURE
- Enclosure is well built to with stand physical damages in case of internal explosion
- In case of internal explosion, flames do not get passage to come in contact with gases in the external atmosphere.
- Even joints, operating rods, etc. Prevents outside gases from entering unwanted zones.
- Wide flanges ensure cooling of hot gases, in case of explosion inside. as a result external atmosphere continues to remain safe.
